Busy...having fun!

We have been SO busy! and i'm sure it's only the beginning ;)

Rachel is back :) She moved home for her husbands deployment. He gets back from Afghanistan on Sunday! The morning after she flew in, Morgan and I met her for breakfast!

Morgan has played in her pool a couple times.
(notice the bum in her hair) :)

We decided awhile ago to put off potty training but every now and then Morgan will still go use it.

I babysat these beauties one night so their mommy and daddy could go out!

Its baseball season :) Morgan likes watching baseball with daddy.

Lisas family vacation was to Topsail Island this year, which is 30 minutes from us. So Morgan and I crashed their party! We went and spent two nights with them. It was sooo much fun! The house was beautiful and right on the beach :)

Lisa downloaded an Elmo app on her Ipad for Morgan. It was perfect for her while we were showering!

As soon as we got back we started packing up the house to get ready for our BIG move.

Sometimes Morgan gets tired of packing so she takes breaks with Biscuit :)

When I was packing Morgans room she played with Grammys B

Morgan had PB&J for the first time. She only took a few bites.

A few days later we tried peanut butter on ritz crackers, she loved them!
This picture was for Aunt Kelly, she LOVES peanut butter!

One morning I went to get Morgan up and she said "read book in bed?" so I gave her a book and she laid back down. Sweet, sweet girl!

Keeping Morgan busy while we pack...

Helping daddy fix the back door.

Morgan has been such a trooper through all of this packing and cleaning, there are boxes everywhere, everything is out of place, things are a mess and she just keeps on keeping on. Yesterday we had a cleaning day. Here she is washing windows. That was awesome, kept her busy for a good hour :) I think it was more the water in the bowl then washing the windows!

Erics last day on work is August 6th. We are planning to move back to Charlotte the 10th or 11th!
See you soon!!!

Switching up the blog!

Incase you haven't noticed, I havent been good at keeping up with the blog. A week or so ago I kind of decided to make this a regular blog instead of a daily blog. I promise to keep you updated!!! I also promise to keep taking lots of pictures to post!

One day last week Morgan wore a "Sissa outfit." because we think its something Sissa has in her closet! :)
Here she is dancing...
 Isn't she cute in it??

Whenever Morgan wakes up from her nap it's timefor snack so I always ask her what she wants. This day she told me she wanted a "White smoothie!" I have no idea where that came from, but I whipped one up for her and she loved it:)
(frozen bananas and a little bit of vanilla yogurt)

Saturday morning I went to the neighbors yardsale and scored a free art table for Morgan :)

Sunday we had such a fun day. Morgan and I went to the grocery store early that morning to get stuff to make breakfast, we rode with the windows down. (her request)

After breakfast we all went to the pet store then came home and went to the park!

Morgan played some tug-of-war with the dogs

Playing with Layna and Raelyn.

Making a masterpiece!

Morgan playing the guitar with Eric

Jeff and Lee visit for the 4th

Erics best friend Jeff and his girlfriend, Lee, came down (over) on Wednesday and stayed through the weekend. We had a great visit with them. Wednesday night ours neighbors came over to hang out for a bit. They brought Layna and Raelyn with them so we all played outside so Morgan could sleep :)

Thursday was the 4th of July so we took Morgan to a festival they were having out in town. We all had a good time, but it was HOT!

Our fearless child, and I mean fearless, fed every animal there was!

Morgan rode a pony and loved it!
 Happy 4th of July!

The next day we went to the beach, Morgan was ALL ABOUT the water today so I didnt get many pictures. She laid out with me for a few minutes, sat with Eric for a few minutes, ate her apple for snack then was off in the sand and water again! I LOVE that she loves the beach so much! She even helped her Daddy find some sharks teeth!

Saturday night, for their last night here, we went out to Marina Cafe for seafood on the water. It was DELICIOUS! I've been craving it since we left!!

Note: Last Wednesday Eric got his new EAS date (End of Active Service) So his official last day in the USMC will be August 30, 2013. Eric has a pretty good amount of leave saved up so he can request to use his vacation days and go on terminal leave. He isnt able to request the leave just yet, but when he does, if it gets approved (it should) We are thinking we will probably be back in Charlotte by August!! Its going to be a busy month for us but we are excited!
