Happy Halloween!!

We had such a great night. It was our first halloween together as a family and we had a blast! After dinner we all sat on the front porch and handed out candy. We had SOO many trick or treaters! Morgan loved the monkeys (there were lots) everytime one would walk up she would say "Ahh Ahh!!" I have to admit, it made me proud. Shes so sweet. For dinner she wore a halloween bib...

After dinner we put her costume on and headed outside!

Shortly after we got outside Mrs Sara and Kadin came to see us. Kadin was a monkey!! A very cute monkey :)

Then Morgan got a sucker...its halloween, the baby needs a sucker!!

Eric had his follow up appointment today. It was at 1030am, which is what time Morgan goes down for her morning nap. So for the first time ever we skipped her morning nap. She did so so good. (of course she did) After his appointment (we were there until about 1230) EVERYTHING takes longer on base, we went to get his uniforms, Morgan still awake and doing good. After picking up his uniforms we went to the pharmacy to get Erics meds. Eric went in and we stayed in the car. As soon as Eric shut the door I gave Morgan her teddy and said "okay, its time to go nap nap" No kidding, less than 2 minutes later, she was out!!

After we got home and had lunch, Morgan cruised around her playroom.

*Erics follow up went good. His stitches are out. He will start P.T. within the next couple weeks. He still cant move his arm much at all and definitely cant lift anything. Being the most amazing Daddy he is, he still gets on the floor for hours a day and plays with Morgan. I love him. She has been a good sport too ;) I love her.

I took Morgan to Barnes and Noble today so she could play and Eric could have some quiet time ;)

She had so much fun YELLING "Hiii!" to everyone. I kept telling her that it was kind of like the library and we needed to be quiet but she didnt care. (I didnt either, she's cute!)

 She wandered off to play with some stuffed animals, she took them off, one by one, and gave them all a kiss.

Between Morgans naps today, Linda and I went to Target to get Morgan a new "toy box." I've been wanting to get one of these for so long (well I guess a year now ;)) After her birthday party we decided we really need it. When we got there to get it, it was on sale SCORE!!!! When we got home, Morgan went down for a nap, Linda cooked country style steak (yum) and Frank and I put the toy box together.

When Morgan woke up she had a surprise!! 

I cant wait to decorate it :)

After dinner I made cookies, Morgan could not wait for them to be done!!

Eric had his surgery today so I didnt take any pictures. Frank and Linda stayed home with Morgan while we were at the hospital. Linda was sweet enough to send us a picture from Morgan, to say hey!

I missed her so much.

Eric is doing pretty good. For the most part he is just uncomfortable. He has a huge sling on, along with a big ice machine/cooler thing. He will be in the sling until (at least) his follow up appointment on the 23rd. Thank you for all the thoughts and prayers, I know he appreciates them!

Eric is scheduled for his surgery tomorrow so I really wanted to get out of the house tonight and go to dinner. Frank and Linda are here so we all went out to Buffalo Wild Wings.

We went to the zoo today. It was a little family owned zoo about 15 minutes from here. Morgan loved it, we all had fun!!

When we were taking a break for milk the zoo keepers brought over some animals for Morgan to see. There was a HUGE turtle too but I didnt get a picture of it.
